Great. there's about 20" of snow outside now, which indicates no school tomorrow. But I need school tomorrow, I need to get stuff done!
I have two canvases I need to bring home and finish working on, I have to take more videos to make a compilation for part of a friend's birthday present, I need to have that yearbook deadline so we can have a bake share! GAH. Damned snow. Never thought I'd say that.
Typing too high up gives my arm cramps *moves computer on to lap from dining table*... anyhow, all I've been doing this weekend is playing cards with my parents, watching movies, and eating. Yay. How superbly productive.
My jaw is not aligned right... that's why I talk and smile kinda crooked. It's starting to bother me now, it never used to. Hmm... and that one crooked tooth. Lol.
Also, the snow is preventing me from going out! I want to go buy stuff... D= go shop... what's the point in having no school if you can't do anything?!
The first couple of days of vegging weren't too bad, I enjoyed them. But now I feel like I need to do something =S Ugh, whatever...
How's Dunedin summer? haha... missing youse all

Grammar Nazi and more
Poor grammar along with poor spelling is bothering me more and more nowadays, and I feel so hypocritical because I often make mistakes too... it's just the people who mix up their, there, they're, and you're, your... and a few others, but I wish I didn't pick up these spelling errors so that I wouldn't be greatly frustrated by them.
On a different subject, I feel so ready to move on from high school. There really is no attraction left for me there, even though I know I will miss it greatly once I'm in varsity and nothing is as easily accessible as it was in high school. I mean, it's not like I'm done being a kid yet, I still want to whine and act crazy and stupid all the time, but I feel like the high school atmosphere is just so limited. The way the people around me think and feel just don't coincide with the way I think and feel most of the time.
Eh... there's so much work I have to catch up on. Failing calculus (and by failing I mean I have a C but it's still really crap). Doing alright to well in other classes though, yay. Umm... yeah, not much to write about... been reading more fics lately (haha, the fictionpress ones) and it got me thinking. Why aren't there enough smart, funny, gorgeous, witty guys around me? Where are they?! If you're keeping the great guys locked up in a box all for yourself (whoever you are), you should be ashamed of yourself. Share. One is enough for each person!

Lisa lacks lipbalm
Sorry, the alliteration was too enthralling, I couldn't resist. Hee...
Anyhow, I stayed up 'til about 4 last night (this morning) talking to some people. And by some people I mean Andrew (ex-bf), Jesse (friend), and Tristan (also friend).
I proclaimed myself princess of the universe and then Andrew corrected me by saying I didn't want that because the universe wouldn't revolve around me as it is expanding away. Damn him and his stupid smart boy logic.
So Andrew and I are on talking terms again and it doesn't fell entirely awkward anymore (and yes, I'm well aware you read my blog entries AJ so this is officially telling you we're friends) - and I can make this official statement because I'm the princess of the solar system. Isn't life wonderful under my jurisdiction? (hahaha feel free to pelt me with tomatoes, though I'd prefer marshmallows as they are much softer and sweeter).
Hmm... Emily's birthday party was great, we watched the Dark Knight and played Clue. I had to leave in the first round of Clue coz dad showed up but it was still fun nonetheless. I didn't think I'd like batman, but I did... and Christian Bale is a hunk. =]
Was very comfortable seating too, with a really ridiculously soft blanket, Evan to lean on, and Tristan and Scott as footrests. And M&Ms, can't forget those.
So... I have about a week and a day and a half of school left before winter holidays yay! Not going to the Jay Chou concert because tickets are sold out =[ because I'm a lazy bum and couldn't be bothered getting them earlier.
Oh yes, and I'm out of lipbalm. I've never faced this dilemma before. I've always had more lipbalm than know what to do with but right now i've used all of the stuff I have (well... all of the stuff I will use because I'm allergic to a lot of lipbalm). For the record I use Yes to CarrotsTM (I don't know how to make the TM superscript).
Ermm... yeah, procrastinating homework right now ;) coz I'm super good at that.

What's happening in December? + Wisdom teeth
So my wisdom teeth have been coming in for the past week and giving me hell, haven't chewed on the left side of my mouth for ages =[ buut, it feels a little better today and I went to see the dentist who told me they could stay in because they're coming in nice and straight. Yay?
I got a new laptop for Christmas, for all those interested it's an HP Pavilion dv5-1138nr Entertainment Notebook PC. All I can say is that it's very shiny and very pretty and very fast =D and I love it lots. Again if anyone's interested the specs are:
RAM: 4GB
Hard drive: 250 GB
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU T5800 @ 2.0GHz
Operating system: 64-bit
And it's running on Windows Vista home premium
Hmmm what else is new? I'm really behind on a lot of hmwk so I should be doing that but knowing me... hahaha
Here are some dates to note for December (although this affects no one else):
9th - Boys next door (school play)
12th - Emily's birthday party
19th - Battle of the bands @ the Space (habitat for humanity fundraiser concert)
21st - Jay Chou concert at Mohegan Sun Arena @ 2am =D
23rd - Minimum day then winter holidays
25th - Going to Atlanta for winter vacation as well as Florida (Disneyland)??
back on maybe the 31st or so...
2nd Jan - Tristan's 18th at the Hyatt Hotel (excited!)
5th Jan - school starts again *death to education*
Yeah so this month looks pretty good, not sure if I can go to the Jay Chou concert though coz it's soon and the tickets may be sold out and its kinda expensive.
