More baking...

I was pissed today for several reasons... my parents wouldn't take me to NYC to get a haircut, nor would they get me a hamster as compensation, nor would they let me go to the mall to hang out with ppl... so in rebellion I made a big dinner and baked all afternoon (defying their wishes of me studying =p).

Okay soooo the stuffs I made (teehee):

1. peanut butter and chocolate chip muffins with tri-color frosting

2. peanut butter cookies

3. brownies

4. Salmon stuffed with crabmeat seasoned with garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, baked on a bed of parsley and seasoned with cracked pepper and salt

5. 4 layer combination of bean sprouts, chinese cabbage, shanghai bok choi, potatoes, lamb, mu er, seaweed knots, shitake mushrooms, korean starch noodles, seasoned with lots of chili and spring onions and salt and stuffs. =]

Cupcakes...

So I made cupcakes... and I've never made cupcakes before and the stupid recipe told me to mix the butter and flour first so I got lumps... god dammit, stupid recipe. So I spent like two hours getting the lumps out of these cupcakes. They still don't taste too good but I frosted them and they look alright =] See how PC I am? I make white cupcakes and black cupcakes =D Tristan would be proud lol

And I know this isn't anything new because hey, I get lots of random little flits of infatuation but I'm pretty sure this is different. First of all because I'm going to try a lot harder to not be the commitment-phobic neurotic gf and instead a bit more understanding... (it's not going too well)... and secondly the guy is different, he's smart and sensitive and less ass-hole-ish than any previous guys I've dated (not that this is too hard haha) so umm yeah...
Basic profile: 6"1, blue-grey eyes, a few months younger than me but that's easily over-looked :p, plays tennis (ugh, I know right? XD), is good with math and computers, likes jap culture etc. but at the same time he's so much more than all this lol

Anyhow, lately I've been PMSing a LOT <.< like an insane amount and I've been taking it out on my brother mostly... he steps on foot over the line and I am at his throat basically. For example today, he was throwing this ball at my dad and I was taking a nap on the couch (don't ask why) and so i got up and grabbed the ball and hit him twice because he was annoying the shit out of me and woke me up. Then he threw it really hard at me but missed (haha loser... XD) and so I grabbed the ball, went outside and threw it over the balcony. He then locked me outside so I hit the door and it rattled loudly :p and then dad made him let me in so I chased him all the way up to the fourth floor while yelling obscene profanities. Hmm.... that's life at home for ya :p man I wish it were peaceful.
Two tests tmrw to prepare for and then April break. I don't get how the U.S. school system splits up it's semesters and stuff, April/Spring break is only a week long. Wtf can anyone do in a week? Meh... I much prefer the 4 term system of NZ.
It must be really busy right now for u guys :p being seniors and all that... ugh hate missing out on so much (even the work).
